		<description>These ads are great :) I wish everyone would understand the importance of unobtrusive advertising... even if it&#039;s not as minimalistic as you have here. Simply incorporating ads into a design (rather than throwing it anywhere) helps make the site look a lot more professional. A great example of this is Webmonkey&#039;s website. Their flash ad (I hate flash, but they incorporate it well) blends in with their header image perfectly when the ad itself has a black background. Sadly, not all of the ads are designed in this fashion for Webmonkey, so you have to refresh a few times to find one. The ad that caught my attention the most was created by HP (although a Becks ad looked great as well).</description>
